We have deployed Exchange 2010 and wanted to use a tool that monitors our Exchange environment. We did deploy ENOW Mailscape and are happy with this tool for the following reasons:
1. Ease of deployment.
2. Simple and intuitive user interface.
3. Proactive monitoring.
